Parkell's 9-Point Promise

  1. We promise satisfaction.
    Should you ever happen to find yourself unhappy with a purchase you made with Parkell, we want it to be easy for you to make an exchange or return. That’s why we offer a risk-free 45-day trial period on most products, including all electronic devices. Simply contact us during your product’s trial period and we’ll arrange to have the item picked up at our expense and refund your money, including UPS Ground Shipping charges. These trial periods are unique to purchases made with Parkell only and do not apply to products purchased through a dealer.
  2. We promise to treat you with courtesy, understanding and honesty.
    It’s amazing to think that we are making such a promise in this day and age, but these professional courtesies are – unfortunately – not necessarily a given with most companies. Know that if you call Parkell during normal business hours, you will talk to a real, on-site person and not an automated answering machine or outsourced call answering service.
  3. We promise fast delivery.
    It is Parkell’s policy to make sure that most orders are out and on their way within 24 hours. If, however, there happens to be a delay, we’ll make sure to give you an accurate shipping date and expected time of delivery.
  4. We promise a prompt response to questions about your order.
    Don’t you just hate it when you call up a company to ask a question about your order and you have to jump through hoops just to get an answer? Well, the good news is that we hate it, too. That’s why we have a dedicated staff of on-site customer services representatives; to make it a quick-and-easy process for you to call us up – toll-free – and ask a question about your order. You’ll be immediately connected to someone who can provide you with a status update on your order or, if there’s a mistake with your order, work immediately to correct the situation.
  5. We promise to provide you with knowledgeable, toll-free technical assistance.
    Our experienced customer service team and on-site dentists, engineers and experts, will do their very best to provide you with answers on whatever inquiries you might have. Whether your question has to do with the battery life of the Aurora™ Curing Light or you’re just looking for a second opinion on what materials to use during an upcoming Laminar impression you’ll be doing, we offer this convenient service as a courtesy to our customers.

    You should also know that we publish a FREE monthly newsletter, Parkell Today, which goes out to all of our customers. It features articles from today’s leading dentists and hygienists, technical advice from Parkell’s on-site experts and CE articles FREE OF CHARGE.     We are confident in the quality of our products and don’t use bells and whistles to try and persuade you to make a purchase with us. Rather, we rely on truth in our advertising, and will only promote features that our products can actually deliver upon.
  7. We promise to stand behind our products with unbeatable warranties.
    Our warranties are a reflection of the confidence we have in the products we sell. All of Parkell’s electronics are covered by a comprehensive five-year warranty; cables, handpieces and hoses are covered by a one-year warranty. Simply put, these are terms you won’t find anywhere else.
  8. We promise to expedite the repair of your Parkell device.
    We’re proud to say that 93% of all electronic devices that get sent to Parkell for repair are fixed and on their way back to the dentist within 72 hours of arriving at our door. That’s less than a work week’s turnaround time. And because of the aforementioned five-year warranty we offer on all of our electronic devices, most repairs are done at no charge to the customer.

    If, however, a warranty doesn’t apply to a particular faulty device in your operatory, you can still send it in to us for repair – we offer some of the most competitive service charges in today’s market!
  9. We promise to treat you like a valued customer.
    Should you ever become dissatisfied with a product or service, we will provide you with a Parkell manager to speak to. There are no dead-end automated answering machines or levels of customer service to go through in order to get a problem fixed. We place a tremendous amount of value in all of our customers and want to ensure satisfaction with all transactions.
